What's a reasonable cost for a pay-per-view film?

What's a reasonable cost for an indie movie DVD (with special features)?

Please pardon worthless answer on question 1. All formats are pretty equal to me provided I want to see it. With HBM, I'd probably see any theatrical release and buy a DVD too, though with HBM I'm obviously biased.

I hope to appear on the commentary, BTW. My contribution wasn't much, but I was there for 70% of the shoots; that has to count for something.
