Thanks for your patience with my slow reply. I do wish we could get proportional representation in the US. It would be so good for us to be able to have just a few Greens and Libertarians and what-have-you. I occasionally hope that we might see more people running as independents caucusing with Democrats or Republicans, as Bernie Sanders does, for example. That's sort of a way to build coalitions. I agree it's a wise concept.
