Ah, that I understand. In fact, it highlights for me why I felt weird calling GoT one of my favorite shows. It may be more accurate to call it one of the best-made shows I know, up to around season 4. I too, however, don't connect strongly to a majority of the characters, really only the Lannisters, for whatever that says about me. :-)
