In theory, renters will just be passed the increase in property taxes due to the affordable housing thing. Which might actually make them more able to afford their own home, and so in the end, be a good thing.

I'm pleased about the general results of this election, it'd be impossible for who I feel are the proper people to have won everything. But we had positive movement, so perhaps that means more people are thinking about their current reality rather than how they historically voted. Which would be good.
